Pumpkin Tips

Boo!
Welcome back #Ragfam!!!!

I know most of us will be carving pumpkins soon...
I wanted to share some TIPS that will help you.

Tip #1: USE BLEACH TO MAKE YOUR PUMPKIN LAST
Bleach can scare off fungi and bacteria from your uncarved pumpkin before they transform into mold and rot. Dilute one tablespoon of bleach in four cups of water in a large bucket, then soak the pumpkin in the bleach solution for 20 minutes before removing and drying the pumpkin.  If you decorated your uncarved pumpkin, skip the soaking and enlist a can of bleach-based spray to spray the entire surface of the pumpkin before letting it dry.

TIP: Use gloves!
I poured some clorox into an empty spray container. I then sprayed it from distant in the inside all around and the outside as well. This helps you not come in contact with the chemicals because it can damage clothes and skin. Rinse the pumpkin with water and let it dry for 20-30 min.
This should kill bacteria and help your pumpkins last LONGER!
After you can leave a candle inside for a spooky look!
